Getting 100% Financing is still possible in todays market. The Rural Development Program will give you 100% Financing if you have at least a 620 credit score.
You can qualify for this by buying a home in the following areas. Madison, Jefferson, Fremont, and Bingham Counties. Also the outer parts of Idaho Falls qualify. Ucon, Iona, parts of Ammon.
